Chapter 01
Basketball
The foundation
The experience behind Revive PC includes Division I basketball at Delaware State University, where preparation, accountability, communication, and commitment to the team were part of everyday life.
Those lessons shape our service approach: prepare before the moment matters, stay composed when problems arise, and understand how each decision affects the people relying on the technology.

Chapter 02
IT Support
Campus technology and direct user support
The technical foundation began with university IT support in 2022, resolving hardware, software, printing, and network issues. Working directly with users reinforced the importance of clear communication when technology interrupts someone’s day.
That experience extended to wireless infrastructure, connecting devices to the university domain, network cabling, and campus access systems. It built the practical troubleshooting skills that inform the Revive PC approach today.
Experience in practice
- Configured and installed more than 50 wireless access points
- Supported device setup, network troubleshooting, and everyday user issues
- Maintained campus keycard systems, including recoding 15 doors
The value for you
Good support combines technical skill with patience, clear explanations, and follow through.
Chapter 03
Cybersecurity
Managed IT and cybersecurity in Orlando
Prior managed IT and cybersecurity experience includes supporting 10 to 20 Orlando businesses. The work connected everyday reliability with security through help desk support, cloud services, backup and recovery, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 security configuration.
That background also includes implementing security controls related to NIST 800-171 and CMMC 2.0, delivering employee security awareness training, performing network assessments, and explaining findings to business leaders.
Experience in practice
- Completed a call center network relocation involving more than 80 workstations
- Installed and configured more than 20 routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implemented Microsoft 365 security hardening and created client documentation
The value for you
Security needs to work in the real world, alongside the people, devices, and workflows it protects.
Chapter 04
Customer Success
Customer relationships and measurable business outcomes
Previous cybersecurity customer success experience includes managing relationships with 130 to 150 customers and growing a portfolio from $1.3 million to $2.3 million in annual recurring revenue through retention, product adoption, and expansion.
The work included more than 120 business reviews, customer training, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. Additional experience in compliance and workforce training strengthened the focus on renewals, executive conversations, and coordination across sales, support, and professional services.
Experience in practice
- Customer Success Manager of the Year in 2024 and President’s Club recognition in 2025
- Partnered on more than $300,000 in expansion and upsell opportunities in a prior cybersecurity role
